I am a pretty thin guy and Im going 1-week camping trip to the valley of death. Come to camp in tents for a week and eating very healthy foods. We will be hiking in 95 degree weather for 8 hours a day walking almost 12,000 feet high. I want my abs to lean a bit more and get a V.
