Just got back from the banks track - Dolphins, seals, sooty shearwaters, PENGUINS! all in the wild.
Too tired to think properly and give you a good account but suffice to say that the legs held up and the gear did it’s job, we had sun and rain and just about every kind of walking environment [...]

Well, the waiting is done, the packing was sorted and we’re here in NZ
It’s 20 something outside and getting hotter here in Christchurch - off for a wander in a bit to explore.
We’ve had a mammoth flight - we only arrived here at 7 last night, some 6-8 hours late!
