My wife was working a late shift this week - 1/2 term week - so we didn’t get much chance to do stuff together.

The trail…

Loaded up the camelback, grabbed snacks, took off for another day of exploring (I remembered the map this time).
Found a lovely new route up to the SDW through Storrington which is a bit less steep than the one I’ve used in the past and very pretty (see pic).

Back on the bike and a valuable lesson learned…

After a sniffly two weeks chasing off a bad dose of man-flu (I even had a temperature!) I’m back out on the bike - Hurrah!
